LACETTcouture is the first top of the line jewelry exclusively for Sneaker Heads. Diamonds have been the symbol of love and desire since the beginning of time. LACETTcouture has been inspired by the true meaning of love and desire for the sneaker. Each LACETTcouture piece is custom made to perfection in order to preserve uniqueness and originality. Styles

Each pair of LACETTcouture is custom made to perfection to support each individual’s uniqueness and love for their sneakers. Our team here at LACETTcouture has created four unique styles to express your "Luv For Thy Sneaker".LACETTcouture pieces are available in 14kt white, yellow, rose’ gold or platinum. Set with either natural white or enhanced colored diamonds. Our customers can choose from invisible set, pave’ set, channel set or prongs set. The LACETTcouture pieces are about thirty millimeters long, twelve millimeters wide and approximately three to four millimeters thick. In order to cater to everybody’s individuality we offer to customize everybody’s pair to their preference in color, material and setting style.

Style#1

With the pave’ setting style the customers get to choose from a wide variety of colored diamonds, rubies or sapphires. The ninety six one point five millimeter stones are held in place by tiny gold or platinum beads. This gives our customers a total weight of around 1.44ct per pair of LACETTcouture.

Style#2

To set themselves apart our customers can choose the prong set stones. In each LACETTcouture piece they will find 4 four millimeter stones sitting side by side held in place by round gold or platinum pieces. Due to the bigger size stones, the light reflection or fire of the diamonds will leave you with a lasting impression. Total carat weight will be around 2.00ct for a pair.

Style#3

Channel set diamonds will give our customers a bold look. The Channel set has eight rectangular eight millimeter by two millimeter stones of one front. A little lower key than the invisible or pave’ set but a classic look. A pair in this style will have our customers wearing a carat weight of around 4.64ct.

Style#4

Invisible set diamonds show a closed face front with no gold or platinum interrupting the stones. The sixty four diamonds measure two by two millimeters, resulting in a total carat weight of around 3.84ct for a pair of LACETTcouture. Through special cutting techniques the invisible set stones are interlocking and hold each other in place.

No matter what style or color our customers choose, the high quality in stones and the craftsman ship will leave nothing to be desired for. No one will look at shoes as just shoes again. No one will look at laces as just laces again. Its time to raise the standards!

What information do we collect? How do we use it?

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners.

How does LACETTcouture protect customer information?

We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the internet and sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

What about "cookies"?

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.

Will LACETTcouture disclose the information it collects to outside parties?

LACETTcouture does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. LACETTcouture may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.

LACETTcouture may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (I) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of Simple Joe, our users, or others.

SHIPPING INFO:

We only ship to your confirmed address (the address on file with your credit card company, if you need to ship to an alternative address, please call your credit card company and add the alternative ship-to address to your acct)

We do accept alternate shipping address if you are sending to APO, FPO or military bases (Military addresses) or if you make your purchase with your military or major educational institution email acct (email accts ending .mil and .edu)

*We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address info, holidays, or carrier complications.

*Occasional delay in processing time or Cancellation of order may occur when an item purchased is on backorder or out of stock.

*Business Days are Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).

UPS Ground Shipping (Only Available To Domestic USA Customers, PO Box And Military Address Must Choose Priority Shipping):

Ground shipping is $10 per item.

(UPS Ground shipping takes 2-3 weeks + 3-4 day processing time)

PO Box & APO Shipping (Shipped Via USPS Priority Shipping):

USPS Priority shipping is $12 for 1st item and $6 for each additional item. There will be tracking number that can be used on www.usps.com, but we will not be liable if customers entered the wrong address or if package got lost.

(APO USPS Priority shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks + 3-4 day processing time)

HI, AK, VI & PR Shipping (Shipped Via USPS Priority Shipping):

International Shipping -

Each international order cannot exceed 6 items or it will exceed the package limit to ship via international express mail and we will need to request additional shipping fees.

USPS Global Express (usually 3-4 weeks for delivery, please add 48-72 hours for processing time and could take up to another 48 hours if we need to contact paypal for verification.) with insurance tracking confirmation & shipping box. International orders will be marked as merchandise. If you have special request, please add a note when placing the order so we know to do so.

We will not be responsible for any customs fees that each individual country charges. We will charge the full shipping price for all international returns and exchanges. For high value orders we may delay processing and request ID verification through email.

*For packages that are unclaimed or returned due to incomplete address, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.

Warranty:

LACETTcouture stands behind each individually crafted LACETTcouture piece with a 7 day limited manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any manufactured defects. The warranty does not cover theft, loss or damage due to excessive or aggressive wear. Only LACETTcouture pieces in their original packaging can be accepted for repair under the warranty.

All defective items must be returned within 7 days (of the date your order was shipped from our distribution center) for repairs.

You must include the return portion of the original packing slip.

Be certain to save copies for your records.

Shipping and handling costs, gift bag costs and other additional charges are

non-refundable.

Original sales receipt is required. If you do not have a purchase receipt, additional charges may apply.

We will not accept CODs or third party billing for returned merchandise.

Please inquire about non-covered/expired warranty repair rates.

PLEASE NOTE: LACETTcouture is not designed to be worn during strenuous or physical activities. Please remember silver, gold and platinum are pliable metals and can easily bend with enough force. Please refrain from banging, bumping, hitting, lying one foot on top of the other, being stepped on, picking, or poking, as this could bend, dislodge, or break your LACETTcouture pieces. These types of damages are not covered under the 7 day limited warranty.

Due to the nature of the fashion industry and purchases based solely on one time use for photo shoots, public appearances, public performances, Red Carpet events, concerts, etcetera, LACETTcouture pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
